NNorth Tangent is a Basel-based consulting practice founded by Liz Jandoli, an enterprise transformation and change leader with more than 20 years of experience, both in-house and on the agency side, driving large-scale change across global, matrixed organizations in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
Since founding North Tangent in 2010, Liz has led change, communications and capability-building programs for major global pharmaceutical and biotech companies — an arc of work that has evolved alongside the technology itself. It began with internal and external web transformations, moved into omnichannel customer engagement, and now extends into AI adoption. Through each shift, one throughline has stayed constant: standing up Communities of Practice and peer networks that help organizations scale adoption from the ground up.
Liz is a PROSCI-certified change management practitioner and an experienced agile coach.
